The FlatterMe^® Leg Pocket^® burst onto the fashion scene in 2005. 

International travelers are well aware of the threat of being profiled for thievery.  The possibility of being surrounded and bumped could result in handbags, fanny pacs, backpacks and pockets being extracted of valuables and wallets.  To lose identification anywhere can cause considerable damage and wreak havoc on your credit.  To lose it in a foreign country - the repercussions are inestimable.  The fanny pac, backpack or pouch on a string were the traditional ways to carry personal valuables. Yet more is required.  Protection needed to be functional as well as flattering.  So, the FlatterMe^® Leg Pocket^® was created and patented in 2005.  In 2006 at America's largest invention trade show, Invention & New Product Exposition (INPEX), the Leg Pocket^® garnered the Bronze Medal.  In 2008 the Leg Pocket^® was endorsed by the Tourism Safety & Security Association, in Anaheim, CA to help protect visitors, employees, and industry.
